AUSTRAL BRICKS STORAGE YARD & ROADWORKS UPGRADE

The site is bound by Mt Gravatt Capalaba Road to the North, Prebble Street/land owned by Brisbane City Council to the South, Gardner Road to the East and the Gateway Motorway to the West.
The existing site is owned and operated as a quarry by Austral Bricks under a mining license. Austral Bricks has recently entered into a joint venture with Goodman Property to develop the overall site as an industrial estate. This development will be staged over several years and in the interim the Brickworks will continue to operate on the central portion of the site.

The commencement of bulk earthworks on the proposed Stage 1 Northern Precinct will necessitate relocation and upgrade works to the existing brick storage yard
